The Compliance Program Manager will support the Compliance Australia Team by conducting risk assessments, managing compliance programs, updating compliance policies, and leading projects to mitigate compliance risks. The role involves collaboration and communication across all levels of the organization to ensure adherence to regulations and company growth requirements.

Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards by managing key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Facilitates project scope definition, risk assessment, and contingency planning. Drives consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodology and tools. Provides project reporting and status updates through team meetings and gating forums.
