Your Role
As the Key Partner Program Manager, you will lead, innovate, and deliver broker engagement programs and strategic initiatives for our Cornerstone and Chubb Authorised Representative (AR) Hub broker segments.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Key Partner Value Propositions: Develop, implement, and manage value propositions with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Program Launches: Roll out annual broker program benefits, milestones, events, and learning initiatives.
- Communications & Campaign Delivery: Create and execute marketing plans and campaigns to position Chubb’s broker programs as premier offerings.
- Events, Broker Training & Conferences: Manage all aspects of program events, including virtual and in-person workshops, supplier negotiations, and venue sourcing.
- Financial Reporting: Enhance reporting processes with Finance and Data & Analytics teams, including monthly analysis of business production and retention.
- Producer Code & On-Boarding Support: Support Operations in onboarding new producers and codes, tracking portfolio growth and profitability.
- Key Partner Program Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders for strategic planning of Key Partner Programs.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Equip Distribution team members with effective materials to maximize market success.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in marketing and communications campaigns, event design, and sales strategy implementation
- Solid understanding of sales processes
- Relevant product and Insurance industry knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- High degree of credibility and influence among stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work independently on complex assignments
Proven stakeholder relationship management experience
- Ability to foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture
