Own performance tuning, storage and capacity planning, patching/version management, backup/recovery, security hardening, and incident response. Lead index, execution-plan, and connection-pool optimization; support upgrades, APEX/ORDS deployment, environment refreshes, and infrastructure migration while documenting runbooks and collaborating with application and infrastructure teams.

Lead design, implementation, administration, optimisation and automation of Microsoft SQL database services across private and public clouds. Ensure performance, availability, security, CI/CD integration, and collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to maintain governed, reliable platforms.
