Graduate IT engineering role within Service Stream’s two-year Ignite Graduate Program. Participants rotate through infrastructure systems engineering, network administration, digital support, end-user computing, applications support, cloud, cybersecurity, identity and device management, and technology project delivery. The role includes structured training, mentoring, networking, site visits, and a pathway to permanent IT positions. Applicants must hold a relevant degree, be Australian citizens able to obtain Defence Security Clearance, have an Australian driver’s licence, and be willing to travel.

Provide Level 2/3 application and systems support for defence ISR applications in a Linux/Unix environment. Own incidents end-to-end, perform root cause analysis, deploy updates under change control, and improve observability and reliability. Collaborate with developers, ITSM teams, and users; create operational documentation and automate support tasks to increase efficiency.
