As an Application Support Specialist, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot application issues, and maintain software environments for global customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable insurance software systems; collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements; architects solutions; integrates systems; ensures compliance, security, and data privacy; develops and runs automated and manual tests; and provides ongoing application support and documentation.
