The role contributes to workforce planning, change initiatives, business testing, implementation, and hypercare activities. It requires strong business analysis experience in financial advice or planning, ideally within superannuation, along with expertise in requirements management, workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk and issue analysis, and Agile or Waterfall project environments.
