The role / impact

This role sits at the intersection of messaging strategy and campaign execution, acting as a strategic integrator to operationalise our value proposition across priority programmes and integrated campaigns. You will distill complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with our customers, ensuring a holistic view of their needs is translated into tangible value.

Success in this position requires a unique balance of strategic storytelling and disciplined execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multi-channel campaigns while maintaining meticulous documentation and driving stakeholder alignment to ensure every project is delivered flawlessly and on time.

The team / how they connect

You will join a high-growth Product Marketing team that works closely with Product and Customer teams to bridge the gap between technical innovation and market impact. The team operates as a collaborative hub, partnering with global channel owners and regional go-to-market teams to ensure our voice is consistent, localised, and impactful across all territories.

The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on

  • Conceptualising and executing multi-channel campaigns across social, digital, email, and in-product messaging.

  • Acting as the primary custodian for the innovations microsite, managing the roadmap and quarterly highlight campaigns.

  • Designing new operational workflows to improve efficiency and cross-functional collaboration between global strategy and regional execution.

  • Establishing a structured reporting cadence to track campaign performance, conversion, and overall programme health.

  • You thrive when given the autonomy to lead complex project timelines and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
