Designs, develops, and maintains scalable insurance software systems; collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements; architects solutions; integrates systems; ensures compliance, security, and data privacy; develops and runs automated and manual tests; and provides ongoing application support and documentation.

Provide IT support and incident triage across Windows, mobile and cloud environments. Administer IAM/SSO, Google Workspace, Exchange, AD and networking components, improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to resolve issues and support delivery.
