Collaborates with engineering, design, construction, and client teams across major capital projects and facility upgrades. Requires industrial plant design experience, technical writing skills, knowledge of industry standards, and the ability to contribute to project scope, budget, and program delivery.

Supports complex Defence procurement, tendering, contract management, commercial governance, negotiations, financial advice, risk management, and compliance activities within KBR’s Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance division. The role prepares procurement strategies, contract documentation, evaluation plans, approvals, reports, and meeting materials while coordinating with Commonwealth stakeholders, project teams, contractors, and industry partners.

Supports project delivery across planning and execution for small projects or segments of larger programs. Manage post-execution contract lifecycles for complex Defence programs, ensuring obligations, deliverables, governance, and commercial outcomes are achieved. Develop contract management plans, monitor performance, identify and mitigate commercial risks, prepare reporting and governance documentation, maintain contract systems, and support compliance with Defence standards and CASG procurement processes. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical skills, contract administration experience, and an active Australian NV1 Defence security clearance.
