The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Coordinator to join us in Melbourne. In this role, you will support large-scale projects within the Building Services, Defence, Road Infrastructure and Rail sectors across Australia.
You will be part of the Digital Engineering project delivery team at the design level, coordinating the quality and timely delivery of design models, supporting the design review process and collaborating with various stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to enhance your coordination and technical skills, paving the way for long-term career growth with KBR.
Who Are You?
You are passionate about Digital Engineering or BIM and have a proven background in either engineering, construction or architecture. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you thrive in team environments and are dedicated to delivering high-quality service.
You will have the following Skills and Experience:
• Coordinate multidisciplinary model reviews and support digital design coordination activities across project teams.
• Facilitate clash detection and issue resolution processes, working closely with designers and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Review digital models, CAD deliverables and project information to ensure compliance with project standards and Digital Engineering requirements.
• Support the management of digital information, model exchanges and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
• Maintain Digital Engineering registers, coordination records and project reporting.
• Assist with asset information and data validation activities to ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables.
• Collaborate with design, survey and construction teams to resolve information gaps and support project delivery.
• Contribute to quality assurance, continuous improvement and the successful handover of digital deliverables.
