Maintain and enhance mainframe DB2, CICS, and MQ infrastructure across large Sysplex environments. Responsibilities include software installation, upgrades, SMP/E maintenance, DB2 configuration, performance monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, RACF security, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and Level 3 support.
