Customer-facing technical pre-sales role: scope and architect security solutions, lead proofs-of-concept, enable partners, use AI-assisted tools for sales support, and relay field feedback to Product and Engineering.

Serve as a strategic, technical customer success lead for enterprise and mid-market accounts. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, upsell, and QBRs. Work includes Chromium internals, networking, media, advanced HTML5, containerization, load balancing, scaling and cost optimization with strong security focus. Participate in design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and may transition to formal management as the team grows.

Manage and mentor a Bangalore-based engineering team building scalable, resilient microservices, data stores, and cloud infrastructure. Provide technical leadership in architecture, development, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and debugging of high-traffic distributed systems. Drive hiring, performance reviews, and team practices while collaborating with stakeholders and promoting DevOps and security best practices.

Drive enterprise adoption of Upwind Security's CNAPP across a defined Indian territory. Manage full sales cycle, build C-level relationships, deliver tailored demos with Sales Engineering, forecast in CRM, and represent the company at industry events while translating cloud-native security into business value.

Administrate Docebo and Zendesk, manage course enrollments and training tenants, maintain CloudShare/AWS lab environments, audit knowledge base content, support training/support workflows, and ensure environments are decommissioned to control cloud spend.

Full-cycle Mid-Market Account Executive responsible for hunting, prospecting, and closing new cybersecurity customers within a defined Australia territory. Owns pipeline generation, qualification, ROI-driven presentations, contract negotiation, renewals and upsells, and collaborates with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to prioritize and close revenue. Targets annual recurring revenue quota.

Lead Taiwan sales and channel strategy for Menlo Security. Manage enterprise accounts, resellers, and distributors to drive revenue growth. Develop strategic account plans, deliver C-level presentations, forecast using CRM, provide partner enablement and field support, and expand market presence through creative, channel-led solutions.

The role is focused on driving sales of cybersecurity solutions to enterprise accounts, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize customer engagement and renewals.
