Lead outbound prospecting in Australia, build a qualified sales pipeline, manage CRM activity, refine the APAC sales playbook, provide regional market feedback, and collaborate with global teams. The role requires high-volume phone outreach, cold calling, objection handling, quota-focused sales, and a service-oriented approach to helping small business customers.

Lead the customer onboarding team for Xplor Education products, overseeing software implementations, migrations, and offboarding. Coach team members, manage capacity and priorities, improve onboarding processes, coordinate complex implementations, resolve cross-functional issues, and use performance data and customer feedback to improve quality, efficiency, adoption, and customer outcomes.

Own strategic enterprise customer portfolios, build executive relationships, lead account and success planning, drive retention and renewals, identify expansion opportunities, manage escalations, and coordinate migrations, adoption, change management, and digital transformation initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Operations while maintaining customer forecasts and plans in Salesforce.

Deliver customer and internal software training through webinars, expert sessions, and one-to-one instruction. Maintain learning management content, improve training materials, encourage product adoption, stay current on software updates, and support customer satisfaction. Collaborate across teams on adoption-focused projects and communicate product or compliance changes effectively. This is a six-month fixed-term hybrid contract requiring two to three office days weekly.
