The TechBar Analyst provides IT support focusing on customer service, resolving incidents, and ensuring a high-quality user experience while following ServiceNow practices.

Provide administrative support for workers compensation claims including data entry, document and file management, correspondence and report preparation, stakeholder enquiries, scheduling, onboarding new claims, and maintaining compliance-aligned records to meet team service level agreements.

Manage and report on workers' compensation litigated claims within a self-insured portfolio, coordinate with claims teams, external legal and medical providers, analyze data to improve outcomes, participate in claims strategy reviews, and collaborate with managers and senior leadership to achieve timely resolutions.

Lead strategic client relationships for workers' compensation accounts: develop and execute account plans, monitor SLAs, identify risks and trends, drive return-to-work outcomes and claims cost reduction, deliver data governance, reporting and dashboards, and collaborate with claims, advisory specialists and intermediaries to influence executive stakeholders.

Lead data-driven performance and process improvement initiatives across insurance operations (Workers Compensation), measure KPIs, manage projects from case to implementation, engage stakeholders, and drive change to improve compliance, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Support performance improvement by analyzing claims and operational data, translating business plans into action, identifying and re-engineering processes to reduce cost and cycle time, developing initiatives with Continuous Improvement, coaching staff, and assisting senior management to achieve remuneration, quality, and operational objectives.
