Serve as a trusted technical advisor for critical infrastructure customers across Australia and APAC. Lead onboarding, adoption, workshops, training, account reviews, and value-realization planning while improving customers’ OT cybersecurity maturity. Guide integrations, security workflows, risk reduction, and cyber resilience initiatives. Monitor account health, address adoption risks, collaborate with internal teams, and provide customer feedback. Travel throughout Australia, New Zealand, and APAC up to 30%.

Execute APAC field marketing programs, including events, webinars, campaigns, and ABM initiatives. Manage Salesforce and HubSpot data, campaign setup, lead routing, follow-up, attribution, reporting, partner campaigns, MDF administration, and regional activity calendars. Coordinate with sales, channel, customer experience, and marketing teams to improve funnel conversion and pipeline performance. Support target account research, contact discovery, account briefs, and partner activity across multiple time zones.

Manage and expand Dragos’s ANZ partner ecosystem by deepening reseller, OEM, system integrator, and technical alliance relationships. Deliver partner enablement, training, certifications, and workshops; coordinate joint account planning, co-selling, campaigns, webinars, and events. Track partner performance through KPIs, business reviews, success plans, forecasts, and CRM records. Collaborate with APAC sales, marketing, technical, and channel teams while supporting customer presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.

Lead industrial cybersecurity engagements, including architecture reviews, assessments, site walk-downs, data analysis, and customized tabletop exercises. Present findings and recommendations to customers, develop protocol analytics and security research, contribute to customer training, and support pre-sales scoping. The role requires deep ICS/OT expertise, technical writing, knowledge of cybersecurity and systems administration, and willingness to travel internationally.
