About the Role:

Dragos is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor to some of the most critical infrastructure and industrial organisations across Australia and the broader APAC region.

In this role, you will help customers maximise the value of their investment in Dragos solutions while strengthening their Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity capabilities. Through advisory engagements, goal-setting workshops, technical enablement, and ongoing guidance, you will help customers operationalise key use cases, improve cyber resilience, and mature their OT security programmes over time.

This role combines deep OT/ICS cybersecurity expertise with strong relationship management and consulting skills. You will help customers navigate complex security challenges, align initiatives with recognised industry frameworks, and build sustainable programmes that reduce risk and improve operational resilience.

As the voice of the customer, you will provide valuable feedback and insights to internal teams, helping shape product innovation, customer experience improvements, and future capabilities. Success in this role requires technical credibility, business acumen, curiosity, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping customers achieve meaningful outcomes while advancing Dragos' mission of Safeguarding Civilisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing technical guidance, best practices, and recommendations to improve platform utilisation and cybersecurity maturity.
  • Monitor customer health, platform adoption, and utilisation trends, proactively identifying risks to customer success and value realisation.
  • Support the development and execution of engagement and recovery plans for at-risk or underutilised accounts.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and value realisation discussions, demonstrating progress against customer goals and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver technical enablement, workshops, and training to improve customer proficiency and self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, Services, and Sales teams to deliver seamless customer experience and represent the voice of the customer.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for OT cybersecurity topics, contributing to customer workshops, QBR and executive briefings.
  • Travel throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the broader APAC region as required (up to 30%).

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience working in OT, ICS, or critical infrastructure environments, with knowledge of ICS, SCADA, or DCS systems.
  • Experience in security operations, threat detection, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or related cybersecurity disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity, OT/ICS environments, cyber risk management, and security operations workflows.
  • Experience applying frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, SANS ICS Five Critical Controls, AESCSF, and other relevant APAC frameworks to improve cybersecurity maturity and customer outcomes.
  • Ability to engage and influence both technical and business stakeholders, delivering workshops, training, and advisory engagements.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset focused on driving value realisation.
  • Familiarity with critical infrastructure regulations and cyber resilience requirements across Australia and APAC is highly regarded.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
