Provide IT support and incident triage across Windows, mobile and cloud environments. Administer IAM/SSO, Google Workspace, Exchange, AD and networking components, improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to resolve issues and support delivery.

Provide post-onboarding and ongoing technical support to real estate agency clients using the Real Time Agent platform. Handle inbound phone and email enquiries, triage bugs and integration issues, escalate complex cases to development or sales, identify product/process improvements from client feedback, and grow industry expertise within real estate tech.
