The role also involves writing and testing outreach copy, attending wellbeing conferences, representing Wellio across Australia, and exploring AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency. Success requires consistently meeting call and meeting targets while building relationships with school wellbeing decision-makers.

Conduct high-volume outbound email and phone outreach to international school decision-makers, booking meetings and building relationships worldwide. Develop and optimize persuasive outreach copy for diverse markets, map school structures and stakeholders, attend relevant conferences, and use AI tools to improve efficiency. The role owns growth of the international schools territory, with targets of 100 meetings per quarter and at least 150 calls weekly.

Lead Wellio’s global sales organization across Australia, the UK, Singapore, and international schools. Own global new-business revenue, develop scalable sales processes, establish forecasting and performance systems, align Sales and Marketing, coach regional leaders, hire and develop the team, and introduce AI-assisted sales workflows. Partner with founders on strategy, expansion, and commercial decisions while building a predictable, high-performing global sales engine.

Build and manage Wellio’s revenue operations function across international markets. Own HubSpot architecture, commercial data quality, reporting, forecasting processes, customer journey workflows, GTM tools, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled commercial workflows. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, founders, and technical leadership to improve processes, establish trusted reporting, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive adoption of scalable systems.
