Manage Education department projects end-to-end: plan and maintain Asana project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor schedules, oversee production of educational materials, lead onboarding/training on workflows, and report status and metrics to leadership to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of programs and events.

Partner with the CFO to prepare timely financial reports, reconcile general ledger accounts, perform variance analysis, maintain GAAP-compliant records, support budgeting/forecasting, improve reporting processes and internal controls, and contribute to system implementations and special projects.
