Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktop, network, hardware, application, telecommunications, and infrastructure issues; managing incidents and escalations; supporting IT rollouts and projects; maintaining documentation; coordinating with service providers; conducting site visits; and participating in a 24/7 on-call roster. The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, organization, and technical support skills.

Provides end-to-end sales administration and pricing support for the Victorian Sales Team. Responsibilities include maintaining transactional and pricing data, supporting price increases, analysing margins and discounts, approving quotations, preparing reports, investigating billing issues, training users on sales systems, improving processes, and coordinating with Sales, Credit, Technical, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
