Designs and develops PLC-based control software for WasteMaster organic-waste recycling equipment. The role improves automation to reduce remote and on-site intervention, provides technical breakdown support, develops data analytics and reporting, and maintains electrical and software drawing controls. It requires collaboration across operations, technology, and sales teams, along with experience in Siemens PLCs, embedded technologies, machine development, and process improvement. The position is permanently remote from the Philippines during Australian day shift hours.

Administer and maintain contracts, agreements, amendments, renewals, and related records. Monitor deadlines, terms, compliance, and execution; coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams; support invoicing and purchase orders; identify contractual issues; and provide general administrative support while complying with Australian requirements.

Designs, implements, and optimizes enterprise performance management solutions using Jedox. Responsibilities include building OLAP cubes, dimensions, financial models, business rules, planning and forecasting solutions, reports, dashboards, and ETL integrations. The architect gathers requirements from finance and technology stakeholders, troubleshoots data and performance issues, leads solution design, supports implementation and deployment, and provides technical guidance throughout finance transformation projects.

Provide remote HR compliance support by reviewing employment agreements against the Manufacturing Award, identifying pay/leave discrepancies, drafting agreements and policies, and maintaining an HR compliance register. Perform administrative tasks including MRPeasy data entry, SharePoint/OneDrive organization, inbox and calendar management, customer follow-ups, social media management (Canva, content calendar, analytics), and basic marketing/email tasks.

Edit six biweekly 30-minute podcast episodes: remove pauses, filler words, and noise; improve audio quality and flow; add intro/outro/music as needed; deliver polished final files on agreed timelines. Provide sample work for evaluation. Project-based freelance engagement with potential ongoing work.

Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered workflows and integrations across HubSpot, Actionstep, and third-party tools. Automate lead management, client intake, document generation, task assignment, reporting, and maintain integration performance and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders and legal teams.

Design, analyze, and deliver mechanical systems from concept through commissioning. Produce engineering calculations, detailed designs, drawings, BOMs, and procurement docs. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support site installation and commissioning, ensure compliance with Australian and ISO standards, and manage project schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Manage financial records and reporting including monthly/annual statements, general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, budgeting and cash flow forecasting. Ensure tax and compliance (BAS/GST, payroll tax), support payroll processing, assist audits, provide financial analysis and project cost monitoring, and use cloud accounting systems (Xero).

Provide strategic financial management for a construction/engineering consultancy: reporting, dashboards, budgeting, forecasting, project financial analysis, KPI development, OPEX control, and advisory to leadership using Xero, Scoro, and Way We Do.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, document and report preparation, CRM and data maintenance, project coordination, expense tracking, stakeholder communication, and confidential recordkeeping.
