Advises Payroll, People Services, Industrial Relations, and business stakeholders on compliant implementation, system impacts, risks, wage reviews, entitlements, investigations, and remediation. Leads a specialist team overseeing payroll financial controls, employee deductions, statutory payments, reconciliations, reporting, governance, compliance, and audit readiness. Partners with Payroll, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Systems teams to strengthen controls, simplify processes, standardize operations, improve reporting, and support transformation across People Services.

Lead the establishment and operation of a Lifecycle PMO across Downer’s national Health & Education PPP portfolio. Improve project prioritisation, delivery confidence, commercial discipline, lifecycle value and portfolio performance. Partner with Contract Managers, Asset Managers, Project Managers and operational leaders to resolve delivery challenges, translate complex information into actionable priorities, and build consistent project-management disciplines and processes.

Develops performance reports, KPIs, and Power BI dashboards; extracts and reconciles operational data; monitors contract governance, compliance, and abatement drivers; prepares client presentations and management reports; supports mobilisations, SharePoint and portal administration, process improvement, cross-training, and analytics requests.
