Four-year engineering apprenticeship (Mechanical or Avionics) combining RTO theory, in-house training and on-the-job rotations maintaining QantasLink regional aircraft. Mechanical apprentices work on airframe, engines and mechanical systems; Avionics apprentices work on electrical, instrumentation, communications and flight systems. Requires shift work, safety-focused learning, and leads to a nationally recognised trade qualification and pathway to become a qualified engineer.

Design and deliver user-centred digital experiences for Jetstar across end-to-end projects. Conduct user research, create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, contribute to a design system, advocate for accessibility, and collaborate closely with product, analytics and engineering teams in an Agile environment. Maintain design standards and support design culture growth.

Conduct A220 simulator and ground-school training, develop and maintain training materials and programs to meet CASA Part 121/142 and company standards, monitor compliance and training quality, support procedural improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders including work at other training facilities (including overseas).

Lead development and productionisation of optimisation, simulation, and predictive decision-support models for airline operations. Own end-to-end model lifecycle, architecture, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Embed model outputs into operational workflows, build connected model suites toward a network digital twin, and lead a technical OR team while engaging stakeholders to drive adoption.

13-week summer internship working on a real engineering project within Jetstar's Engineering Team. Interns will be embedded in teams, gain hands-on experience with fleet projects, solve technical problems, and support engineering operations.
