Owns roadmaps, plans, timelines, resources, governance, documentation, risk escalation, and compliance for regulated markets. Manages and develops a team, partners with senior stakeholders and Compliance, and supports expansion into new regulatory environments.

Leads Easygo’s global and regional paid media partnerships, managing opportunity identification, publisher relationships, negotiations, contracts, budgets, integrated sponsorships, and performance measurement. Partners with sponsorship, country, and channel teams to align brand and acquisition objectives across markets. Oversees compliance, brand safety, direct inventory deals, SSP and PMP collaboration, and partnership reporting. Builds and develops a high-performing partnerships team while optimizing commercial returns and maintaining consistent brand positioning.

Develop and maintain scalable backend software through hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Lead technical discussions, independently deliver medium-sized projects, improve engineering processes, and contribute to company objectives. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, communicate technical concepts, share best practices, and mentor junior engineers. The role focuses on Node.js, microservices, cloud services, CI/CD, subscriptions technology, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch, with opportunities for full-stack development.

Manage a high-volume customer support inbox across live chat, email, and tickets while meeting SLAs. Resolve payment, account access, VIP, and complaint issues; coordinate with Payments, KYC/Compliance, Tech Support, and VIP teams; identify recurring trends; escalate bugs and delays; and improve workflows, macros, and help-center content.

Manage and grow Easygo’s sponsorship portfolio across regulated markets. Responsibilities include identifying and negotiating partnerships, managing senior partner relationships, developing market-specific strategies, ensuring regulatory and brand compliance, overseeing activations, monitoring KPIs and ROI, managing budgets, presenting recommendations, and guiding supporting team members.

Lead and scale the global onboarding/induction program: design, deliver and continuously improve in-person and virtual experiences, run train-the-trainer, analyze survey/program data to drive fixes, report quarterly to leadership, and partner with People Ops, Talent Acquisition and Workplace Experience.

Lead cross-functional marketing campaign planning and execution: translate briefs into go-to-market plans, manage timelines, budgets and risks, coordinate stakeholders, ensure consistent customer touch points, track and optimise performance, and deliver final reporting and insights.

Develop and manage internal announcements, updates, milestone communications, and global content calendars. Manage Slack, intranet, and related communication systems while coordinating all-hands meetings, AMA sessions, leadership communications, and project communications. Build stakeholder relationships across offices and organizational levels, adapt messaging for varied audiences, scale communications internationally, and measure channel effectiveness. The role is full-time and office-based in Melbourne.
