Lead end-to-end change management across complex investment initiatives, from impact assessment and planning through implementation, adoption, and transition to business as usual. Partner with senior stakeholders, sponsors, leaders, and delivery teams; manage readiness, risks, resistance, and dependencies; coach stakeholders; and strengthen organisational change capability. Use iterative delivery practices, AI, and data to improve change effectiveness and ensure sustainable outcomes across geographically distributed teams.

Lead actuarial modelling and analysis for member lifetime value, reserves, forecasts and member behaviour. Lead First Line compliance for the Finance Domain: embed and own regulatory compliance and monitoring, assess regulatory impacts and incidents, facilitate governance groups, advise on regulatory change, lead reporting and dashboards, and apply AI/automation to improve risk and compliance processes.
