Your new role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the design of complex, end-to-end member experiences, shaping product direction through insight-led thinking and collaboration. You’ll operate with a high degree of ownership, partnering across Product, Engineering and the business to solve the right problems and deliver high-quality, user-centred outcomes. This is a 12-month max-term opportunity, we have multiple vacancies available. 


In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead end-to-end design across initiatives, from discovery through to delivery and developer handover
  • Define problem spaces and uncover opportunities through structured discovery and research
  • Translate ideas into high-quality, build-ready designs including flows, interaction models and UI
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering and stakeholders to shape product direction and ensure feasible outcomes
  • Use research, insights and systems thinking to deliver consistent, user-centred experiences across journeys
  • Navigate ambiguity, influence decisions and uplift design quality through collaboration and clear communication

What you’ll need:

  • Strong experience in UX and UI design within digital environments
  • Proven ability to lead discovery and define clear problem statements
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end design outcomes into build-ready solutions
  • Strong research capability, including usability testing, concept testing and insight synthesis
  • Ability to balance user needs, business objectives and technical constraints
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
