Identify, recruit, onboard, and retain VMOs; build referral pathways and industry partnerships; optimise theatre utilisation and revenue; maintain CRM records and report on pipeline and KPIs; collaborate with hospital leadership, GP liaisons and marketing.

Manage hospital stock: scanning, picking/packing, receiving and delivering stock, ordering and replenishing using inventory systems, following WH&S and infection-control procedures, liaising with customers, and supporting prosthesis processing.

Manage inventory and stock distribution across the hospital: scan, pick, pack, deliver items; maintain records; place orders; perform stock audits; rotate and dispose expired stock; collaborate with departments to resolve supply issues and improve processes.
