Monitor regulatory changes, liaise with authorities, and build stakeholder relationships. Design and optimize membership tiers, benefits, and point systems for SEA. Drive member acquisition, retention, repurchase, and churn prevention with data-driven strategies, A/B testing, and growth-hacking. Localize for SEA and integrate online membership benefits with offline retail (OMO) to maximize customer lifetime value.

Manage APAC communications and public affairs: draft and localize press materials, coordinate regional PR calendars and media outreach, support launches and events, monitor/report performance, assist issue management and government relations, coordinate stakeholder mapping, and travel to markets as required.
