Plan, execute, and optimize in-app cross-market campaigns across APAC. Coordinate with product, design, marketing, BI and local teams, monitor participation/conversion/retention metrics, generate performance reports, gather user feedback, and manage budgets and resources to improve campaign outcomes.
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our regional team. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing in-app campaigns across APAC markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Activity Planning & Execution
- Plan and implement cross-market campaigns, promotions, and themed events on the APAC APP platform.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and campaign objectives.
2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with product, design, marketing, BI and local teams.
- Ensure seamless campaign execution with timely resource alignment.
3. Data Monitoring & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze key activity metrics such as participation rate, conversion rate, and retention rate.
- Generate post-campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
4. User Feedback & Activity Optimization
- Collect and evaluate user feedback to improve campaign experience and efficiency.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns based on results and market trends.
5. Budget Management & Resource Planning
- Develop activity budgets and control spending within approved limits.
- Efficiently allocate resources to maximize impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of campaign operations, growth, or user operations experience (preferably in e-commerce, internet or mobile app industry).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, GA, internal dashboards).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese for cross-market collaboration.
