Organization Culture Specialist (OC)
We are looking for someone who can turn culture into practical actions, tools, and consistent experiences.
Role Overview
This role supports the development and implementation of organizational culture by translating concepts into structured initiatives, practical tools, and on-the-ground execution.
You will work closely with the culture/HR team to ensure culture is not just communicated but applied in daily work and scalable across teams and markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Culture Project Execution
- Support and drive key culture initiatives across the organization
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth rollout
- Track progress and follow through on deliverables
2. Behavior & Content Translation
- Translate company values into clear and simple behaviors or guidelines
- Support creation of internal culture content (e.g. comms, stories, guidelines)
- Ensure messaging is practical, relatable, and easy to apply
3. Culture Toolkit & Materials
- Support development of:
- Culture playbooks
- Onboarding materials
- Internal communication templates
- Help standardize materials for consistency and reuse
4. Implementation & Coordination
- Work with country teams to support local implementation
- Follow up on execution details and feedback
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements
5. Measurement & Feedback
- Support engagement survey / pulse check execution
- Collect insights from employees and teams
- Assist in refining culture initiatives based on feedback
Qualifications
- 4–6 years experience in HR / Culture / OD / Internal Communications
- Strong execution ability with attention to detail
- Able to structure information clearly and turn ideas into actionable outputs
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in regional or cross-functional projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
