The role requires consultative selling, knowledge of wireless communication and healthcare technology, understanding of system configurations and architectures, CRM administration, and effective use of Microsoft 365 tools.

Implements and supports integrated technical customer solutions for healthcare ICT environments. Provides Level 2 remote and on-site support, manages project tasks, creates system documentation, performs installations and system health checks, and maintains customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. The role requires collaboration, troubleshooting, travel throughout the ANZ region, a valid driver’s license, and comfort using tools during on-site work.
