What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Implementing and supporting technical customer solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing IT environments.

  • Providing Level 2 support (on-site and remote) across the product lifecycle to resolve technical challenges.

  • Managing your project tasks to ensure timely delivery and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

  • Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for traceability and long-term serviceability of deployed systems.

  • Conducting on-site installation and system health checks.

About You

You hold a tertiary qualification in System Engineering, Application Engineering, or a related discipline, with proven experience in a Systems Engineering or equivalent technical role. Familiarity with Ascom solutions is a plus, but if you're a fast learner and a tech problem-solver, we’d love to hear from you.

Additionally, you will also be able to:

  • Travel within the ANZ region.

  • Hold a valid driver's license as this position comes with a company car.

  • Enjoy and excel at conducting on-site installations and comfortable in using tools as part of your role.
