Serves as the primary technical liaison between Bolster, a channel partner, and enterprise customers. Navigates tiered support models, handles escalations, supports onboarding and integrations, trains users, configures monitoring and takedown workflows, and identifies adoption opportunities. Partners with Customer Success, product, sales, and support teams to resolve issues, improve documentation, and expand platform usage across digital-risk and brand-protection use cases.

Partner with Sales as a customer-facing technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. Conduct discovery, product demonstrations, workshops, technical evaluations, integrations, and proof-of-value engagements. Translate customer requirements into platform solutions, troubleshoot issues, explain deployment and security considerations, and communicate technical value to business and technical audiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on feedback and implementation handoffs while creating reusable technical resources and staying current on cybersecurity and digital fraud trends.

Customer-facing technical leader who partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to lead technical discovery, design scalable cybersecurity SaaS solutions, run demos and proof-of-value engagements, advise on deployments and integrations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and influence product strategy while mentoring solutions engineering.
