Prospect and qualify potential business clients, generate and mature leads, schedule meetings for sales representatives, address objections, articulate product benefits, and manage leads in Salesforce. The role involves outbound sales, customer interaction, lead generation, marketing event participation, and collaboration across Marketing and Sales teams to meet quotas and KPIs.

Own regional critical situations from triage through resolution, serving as incident commander during high-severity outages, security events, and escalations. Coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with executives and customers, lead post-incident reviews, and improve incident processes. As a principal support engineer, troubleshoot complex Microsoft and email-security issues, support VIP customers, mentor engineers, document solutions, and partner with Engineering and Product on defects and improvements.
