Owns the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, coordinating quotes, purchase orders, fulfillment, invoicing, payments, OEMs, distributors, customers, sales, finance, and supply chain teams. Maintains operational reporting, tracks commercial milestones and dependencies, manages onboarding and compliance documentation, resolves risks and delays, and develops scalable processes, trackers, and reporting workflows. Supports accurate forecasting, customer status reporting, and continuous improvement across high-volume technology transactions.

Owns the full enterprise account lifecycle across Victoria, including growing existing customers, acquiring new clients, building pipelines, leading consultative sales, developing business cases, negotiating contracts, and closing profitable opportunities. The role builds executive relationships, connects customer priorities to technology solutions, coordinates technical and delivery teams, manages account and territory plans, and ensures effective handoff to delivery. Regular engagement with customer and partner sites across Melbourne and the southern region is required.
