Support regional system rollouts and vendor relationships.

Lead QA for business-critical 3D CAD software in additive manufacturing: design and execute test plans, perform manual 3D inspections, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to automation, participate in agile ceremonies, and manage bugs through lifecycle from conception to scaling.

Design and execute automated tests across APIs, web, and enterprise applications. Participate in release planning, write test plans and cases, diagnose bugs, collaborate with developers, and validate system quality before release. Maintain automated test suites and improve QA processes for data products and complex backend integrations.

Lead strategy, engineering, and delivery of enterprise identity and foundational platforms (directory, PKI, DNS, authentication). Define roadmap, ensure security/Zero Trust alignment, drive modernization and operational excellence, lead global teams, manage incidents, governance, and compliance, and transition capabilities into steady-state operations.

Support APAC day-to-day business operations including purchase orders, billing/credit processing, order management, customer master data maintenance, and cross‑functional inquiries. Deliver commercial reporting, analytics, and dashboards to support pricing, promotions, territory design, and sales effectiveness. Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Legal to maintain data integrity, run ad-hoc analyses, and enhance promotional planning tools to inform commercial strategy and stakeholder decisions.

Build, enhance, and maintain a scalable event management and digital platform. Develop full-stack web applications, backend services, APIs, and front-end UIs. Implement integrations, improve platform stability, automate tools, support CI/CD, participate in design reviews, and resolve production issues while following engineering best practices.
