Leads APAC customer experience and support operations, resolving escalations, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, analyzing customer feedback, and driving process, technology, training, and knowledge-base improvements. The role coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers; supports multichannel contact centers; presents performance updates; manages implementation workstreams; contributes to quality assurance; and identifies customer and user experience enhancements.
