Manage strategic enterprise accounts across Australia and New Zealand, serving as the senior relationship owner and executive partner. Develop multi-year account strategies, drive renewals and expansion, identify growth opportunities, oversee customer value realization, lead executive business reviews, resolve escalations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and revenue growth.

Own customer retention across an assigned portfolio by identifying churn risks, leading renewal and save conversations, negotiating commercially, and developing recovery plans. Analyze customer health, usage, engagement, renewal, and commercial data to prioritize interventions and provide churn insights. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, maintain retention forecasting, develop playbooks, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance to improve adoption and recurring revenue.
