Partners with APAC leaders and the global People Team to deliver HR strategies and employee lifecycle programs. Responsibilities include workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, learning and development, engagement, organisational change, compliance, people analytics, HRIS administration, payroll inputs, benefits, and employee experience. The role requires strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and the ability to influence stakeholders within a global matrix organisation.
