Manage complex client implementations, upgrades, and enterprise hosting migrations for financial software solutions. Gather requirements, design scalable workflows, advise on data integration and ETL, manage implementation risks and scope, validate outputs, document solutions, deliver training, and transition clients to support. The role also identifies expansion opportunities, communicates with senior stakeholders, and partners with Product Development and Engineering to incorporate client feedback.
