Own end-to-end strategic account management for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre customers. Build executive relationships, influence early design and cooling decisions, lead complex cross-portfolio deals (HVAC, BMS, fire, security, digital), and maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline to drive long-term revenue.

Provide administrative support to the service department including phone handling, job request creation, invoicing, timecard entry, purchase orders, inventory/Pronto processing, record-keeping, and documentation. Support reception and service administrators, reconcile accounts, manage WIP and returns, and help improve internal systems and training materials.

Serve as the primary technical interface for data centre cooling, leading chilled water and liquid cooling solution design, technical pricing, and bid management. Influence early-stage design, ensure performance and resilience, develop cost models and value-engineered proposals, and align cross-functional stakeholders to win complex thermal infrastructure projects.
