Provides API and webhook integration consultancy, monitors technical health, troubleshoots payment issues, leads remediation plans, runs technical reviews and workshops, maintains architecture documentation, and partners with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to improve merchant retention and platform adoption.
