Drives outbound sales of Mindbody SaaS solutions to single-location SMB prospects through cold calls, field sales, email, text, social media, and demonstrations. Consults with prospects, identifies appropriate solutions, manages the sales pipeline and forecasts, prepares proposals, tracks competitors, meets revenue quotas, and builds new customer relationships. Participates in trade shows and conventions as needed.

Manage a portfolio of Mindbody customers as their technical account liaison. Educate clients on product features, best practices, workflows, and additional services; identify gaps and develop solutions that support business objectives. Resolve complex inquiries, coordinate escalations, track engagement metrics and milestones, and advocate for customer and product improvements. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, technical knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional travel to customer locations.
