Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across Twilio’s messaging, voice, and email communications services. Develop account strategies, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, run consultative sales cycles, manage forecasts, and deliver revenue and gross profit results. Partner cross-functionally with product, finance, support, and services teams while advising executive stakeholders and supporting large-scale customers in Asia.

Lead Twilio’s APJ Customer Success organization, managing Senior CSMs serving enterprise accounts. Coach and develop talent, oversee account health and platform adoption, drive retention and expansion, manage executive escalations, and build alignment with Sales, Services, Renewals, Support, Engineering, and Product. Refine regional customer success practices and go-to-market strategies while helping customers realize value from Twilio’s communications and customer data platform.
