Manage a defined book of customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Rapid7 solutions. Act as trusted advisor, run QBRs, monitor health metrics, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with partners and sales, and handle customer requests to achieve renewal and revenue targets.

The Project Manager will guide customers through onboarding, manage projects for high-tier clients, ensure satisfaction, and improve processes.
