Expand MoneyGram’s agent network across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania by prospecting and signing new agents, managing the full Salesforce sales lifecycle, and growing transaction volumes and profitability. The role manages existing agent relationships, resolves operational issues, supports onboarding and compliance, delivers training, analyzes market and sales performance, coordinates with internal teams, and travels extensively throughout the territory.

Oversees AML/CFT compliance and anti-fraud programs for MoneyGram agents across Australia and New Zealand. The role evaluates agent controls, supports due diligence, develops corrective actions, delivers training, advises business partners, and ensures policies align with regulatory requirements. Acts as Deputy Compliance Officer, engaging with regulators and law enforcement while identifying emerging risks and guiding policy implementation.
