Conduct advanced finite element analyses independently for complex client engineering problems. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, metallurgists, and clients to define project scopes; prepare technical reports and presentations; mentor engineers; and improve FEA processes, tools, methods, and best practices. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, at least seven years of FEA software experience, metals and damage-mechanism knowledge, strong communication skills, and domestic and international travel as needed.
