Lead and improve end-to-end automation platform service delivery, ensuring reliability, security, and alignment with SLAs/OLAs. Support automation tools (Blue Prism, Knime, Retool), Azure services, GitOps adoption, incident/crisis management, vendor and service level management, testing, documentation, and cross-functional platform projects using ITIL and SRE best practices.

Lead design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of cloud-native data and analytics solutions on Azure.
