Design, build, and operate Azure cloud environments; develop CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions); implement IaC with Terraform and DevSecOps practices; automate delivery, monitoring, logging, incident response; collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams; contribute to platform architecture and standards; participate in on-call rotation.

Manage deployment, configuration, and support of desktops, laptops, mobile and VDI/DaaS environments. Deliver application and patch deployments, troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, implement security controls, optimise EUC performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workplace technology.
