Serve as the primary inbound contact for families across phone, email, and digital channels. Handle enquiries, bookings, enrolments, billing questions, and complaints; escalate complex issues; maintain documentation; and provide subject-matter guidance on enrolment and booking processes while supporting internal stakeholders.

Support OSHC and Kindergarten services to ensure compliance with National Law, Regulations and the NQF; manage incidents and regulatory submissions; provide coaching, conduct audits and drive continuous quality improvement while building stakeholder relationships.
