Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Victorian schools, including networks, servers, cloud services, mobile devices, wireless systems, and large desktop and notebook fleets. Provide technical support to staff and students, administer enterprise environments, troubleshoot complex issues, document systems, support 1:1 and BYOD programs, collaborate with school leadership, and deliver ICT training when required.
